The Infrared Remote Reader is used to allow access to the Control unit (LS800S0 more conveniently. It is an extension of the infrared receiver from the control unit so that full arm, part arm, disarm, panic or learn functions of a Remote Key Fob can be received and operated.
Up to 3 Remote Key Readers can connected to a control unit with just 2 wires.
